Pricing & Payment

Spring replacement pricing starts at $150 to $300 for a single spring. Most opener repairs are priced from $100 to $250. We charge around $150 to replace a broken garage door cable. New garage door installations are priced by style and size of door, and by brand, and we provide free estimates for new garage door installations.
Yes. Free estimates for new door installations. For repairs we charge a service call fee which will be applied to the cost of the repair when you decide to have us complete the work.
Never. We use upfront, flat-rate pricing on every job. The price we quote before we start is the price you pay. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, no upsells you didn’t ask for.

Repairs & Warranties

Yes. Everything we repair and install is backed by a warranty on both parts and labor. If something we fixed ever fails, we will come back and fix it for you at no extra charge — no arguments, no hassle.

In most cases, yes. Panels can be replaced if the correct style and color panel are available for your specific door model and if the door frame is structurally sound enough to support the new panel. Our technician will assess this on-site and give you an honest answer.

A noisy garage door can almost always be fixed with routine maintenance — not a full replacement. The most common causes are worn rollers, deteriorated hinges, or loose hardware. In nearly every case, a simple repair resolves the noise completely without needing to replace the door.
Standard torsion springs are rated for approximately 10,000 cycles — one cycle equals one open and one close. If you use your door 4 times a day, that is roughly 7 to 8 years of life. We also install high- cycle springs rated for 25,000 or more cycles — a smart upgrade for heavy users.
The most common causes are safety sensors that are out of alignment, incorrect limit settings on the opener, or an obstacle in the door’s operating path. Most of these problems can be diagnosed and fixed quickly without replacing any major components.

Brands & Parts

Yes — we service and install all major brands including LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Craftsman, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, CHI, and many more. If it is a garage door system, we service and install it.

Yes. Our trucks are fully stocked with the most commonly needed parts — springs, cables, rollers, hinges, sensors, remotes, and more. This means most repairs are completed in a single visit without having to order parts and return on another day.
